FAQ: When does my financial aid disburse?

If all financial aid requirements are complete and a student is enrolled full time or at their expected enrollment status, financial aid will be applied to the Student Account the Friday before the first day of each quarter.

If a student receives their financial aid award after the start of the quarter, financial aid is typically applied to the Student Account on Tuesday and Friday nights. The Student Business Office is responsible for creating refunds for disbursements that exceed the Student Account balance. This process takes place on Mondays and Wednesdays and generally takes about 2-3 business days to be received in the BankMobile or personal bank account.
