Whatcom Hispanic Organization

The WHO scholarship is designed to make higher education more accessible to promising Hispanic/Latino students. This scholarship will be awarded to Whatcom and Skagit County residents. Recipients may re-apply in subsequent years. Preference is given to applicants with strong involvement in school or community. GPA indicating satisfactory progress towards a degree/diploma and at least half-time enrollment.
