Scholarship Award Form
The Scholarship Award Form initiates the payment of a WWU scholarship to a currently enrolled Western Washington University student.

Western Foundation Acceptance Form
All Western Foundation Scholarships require that the recipient completes a WF Acceptance Form along with mailing a thank-you letter. Each recipient of a Western Foundation Scholarship should be given a WF Acceptance Form upon notice of their award.
