If you do not have a current employer profile, please contact the Student Employment Center, (360) 650-3158, to have your free account created. Or, you may email the required employer information to studentemployment@wwu.edu.
To post a job on Western Washington University's Student Employment website, you must establish an employer profile. By calling or emailing our Center, and providing your name, email, address, and telephone number, you will be provided with login information and a password. You may determine what personal contact information may be posted online, and what is to be held in strict confidence, solely utilized by Center staff. Your private information is never sold, rented, or otherwise distributed to other departments, companies, etc.
The benefits of providing an email address are many:
• You are able to submit jobs instantly (to be reviewed later by Center staff)
• Your previous jobs are available for review and recycling
• The day labor and/or childcare list can be emailed to you
If you do not have a current email address, private email addresses can be created at such sites as Gmail, Yahoo!, and Hotmail.
Western Washington University and the Student Employment Center are responsible for adhering to Washington state minimum wage policies.
With few exceptions, all open positions posted on our website must meet current minimum wage requirements.
