Email Notification and RSS Feeds

Email notification and RSS Feeds are a way for WWU students to be updated automatically when a new job is posted.

In your WWU student profile you may set keywords for possible jobs you are interested in. Whenever a job is posted on the website with keywords that match yours you will recieve an email or your RSS feed will be updated. For example, a student may have keywords such as "labor, yard, lawn". When a job opens with these keywords, the student will be notified by email or will be able to view the new position on their RSS Feed.

You must have a student profile to set keywords. To set up a profile please contact our office or find more information here.

For those of you who use RSS Reader software, you can subscribe to our RSS feed of Currently Listed Jobs to receive notification of job postings. If you log in to your Student Profile you can also subscribe to your own personalized feed. This means you can get notification of job postings using your own search criteria immediately. This can sometimes be much quicker than via email depending on your Newsreader settings.
