Computer Maintenance Assistant 1  8.55-9.85     
Under close supervision, assists in basic assembly and installation of computer or other related equipment. 

Computer Maintenance Assistant 2  8.85-10.60     
Under general supervision, does basic assembly and installation on computer and other related equipment. Performs minor repairs. Assists in more complex repair problems. 

Computer Maintenance Assistant 3  9.15-11.90     
Under limited supervision, does moderately complex assembly and installation on computer and other related equipment. Performs minor and moderate repairs. Identifies and assists in more complex repair problems. 

Computer Programming Assistant 1  8.55-9.85     
Under close supervision, performs basic, semi-routine programming duties. Assists or prepares simple computer-related documentation. Required background includes basic knowledge of a major computer language. Also preferred characteristics are familiarity with timesharing terminals or microcomputers, computer storage media, good writing ability, and knowledge of a variety of computer languages. 

Event Lighting Technician Assistant 3  9.15-11.90     
Under limited supervision, assists the lighting supervisor in setting lights for events where required. Follows directions, as set forth by the supervisor, for routine lighting assignments. 

Event Lighting Technician Supervisor 4  9.50-14.50     
Under direction, meets the requirements of any event that needs lighting. Knowledge of lighting instruments, theories of lighting and light design, and stage counterweight systems. Familiarity with carbon arc follow spot. Maintains lighting equipment, instruments, lamps, gels, etc. Takes a quarterly inventory of light equipment. Attends weekly production meeting. Trains assistant on operating the lighting system. 

Event Set-Up Lead 3  9.15-11.90     
Under limited supervision, leads the work of a setup crew. Maintains regular office hours. Attends weekly production meetings and leads weekly setup planning meetings. Requires knowledge of PA systems, microphones, and stage dynamics. Coordinates workers' schedules. Collects, collates, and signs event charge forms. Appropriately diagrams setups that workers follow for setting up for events. Reliability and flexibility of hours is a must for this position. 

Event Set-Up Worker 1  8.55-9.85     
Under close supervision, performs setups of facilities for events by interpreting setup diagram. Assists in setting up PA systems, microphones, chairs, tables, and staging assemblies. Responsible for helping strike the sets after the events. Attends weekly set-up meetings. 

Event Set-Up Worker 2  8.85-10.60     
Under general supervision, performs setups of facilities for events by interpreting setup diagram. Sets up PA systems, microphones, chairs, tables, and staging assemblies. Responsible for striking the sets after the events. Attends weekly set-up meetings. 

Event Set-Up Worker 3  9.15-11.90     
Set Up Worker 1 duties but works late night hours. 

Event Sound Technician Assistant 2  8.85-10.60     
Under limited supervision, assist with moving, setup, and operation of Concert Sound System for events. Requires familiarity with equipment and campus performance facilities. 

Event Sound Technician Supervisor 4  9.50-14.50     
Under direction, sets up and operates the Concert Sound System. Operates or accompanies the Concert System any time that it is used. Has knowledge of the equipment and of "mixing", or runs a multi-channel sound system. Performs all routine and preventative maintenance of the sound equipment. Advises which system is appropriate for any given event. Attends a weekly production meeting. Trains assistants on the operation of the sound system. 

Graphic Artist 1  8.55-9.85     
Under close supervision, develops layouts, is comfortable using Adobe Photoshop and has some limited experience with Adobe Illustraor and InDesign to create graphics for web and print deliverables. May also scan documents and slides 

Graphic Artist 2  8.85-10.60     
Under general supervision, develops layouts, is comfortable using Adobe Photoshop and has some experience with Adobe Illustraor and InDesign to create graphics for web and print deliverables. May also scan documents and slides. 

Graphic Artist 3  9.15-11.90     
Under limited supervision, develops layouts, has proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign to create graphics for web and print deliverables. May also scan documents and slides. May lead other Graphic Artists. 

Media Assistant 1  8.55-9.85     
Under close supervision, becomes acquainted with maintenance and operation of media equipment. 

Media Assistant 2  8.85-10.60     
Under close supervision, performs routine duties in the maintenance and operation of media equipment. Implements policies and procedures, maintain associated records, and perform routine clerical duties. Sets up and operates movie and slide projectors, tape recorders, closed circuit television, public address systems and other media equipment. Inspects and repairs film. Delivers film/video and equipment on campus to departments. 

Media Assistant 3  9.15-11.90     
Under general supervision, tests and adjusts public address systems, closed circuit televisions, tape recorders, projectors and other media equipment. Performs function checks and makes minor repairs. Maintains records and inventories. Operates commercial projectors, splices film, adjusts lens, and properly handles commercial film. 

Media Assistant 4  9.50-14.50     
Under direction, operates media equipment and performs detailed inspections. Maintains records and inventories and recommends orders for materials and equipment. Supervises students assigned to media services. Trains and leads students assigned to media services. Assists in the development of training programs and materials. 

Media Maintenance Assistant 1  8.55-9.85     
Under close supervision, performs routine maintenance of media equipment. Makes routine function checks of all types of media equipment, cleans equipment and facilities, and refers repair and service problems to qualified staff. 

Media Maintenance Assistant 2  8.85-10.60     
Under limited supervision, performs routine maintenance of media equipment. Makes routine function checks of all types of media equipment, cleans equipment and facilities, and refers repair and service problems to qualified staff. 

Media Maintenance Assistant 3  9.15-11.90     
Under general supervision, following established guidelines and procedures performs maintenance and routine repair of media equipment, referring more complicated repair and service problems to qualified staff. Makes function checks of all types of media equipment, and cleans equipment. 

Media Maintenance Assistant 4  9.50-14.50     
Under direction, schedules and performs maintenance and routine repair of media equipment. Schedules function checks of all types of media equipment, and maintains general computer records systems. May train and lead other media maintenance assistants. 

Vehicle Maintenance Attendant 1  8.55-9.85     
Under close supervision, performs routine duties in the cleaning and washing of vehicles and other related duties. Checks the condition of vehicle and reports the need for service. 

Vehicle Maintenance Attendant 2  8.85-10.60     
Under close supervision, performs routine duties in the cleaning and washing of vehicles and other related duties. Checks the condition of vehicle and reports the need for service. 

Vehicle Operator 2  8.85-10.60     
Under general supervision, operates cars and light trucks for the purpose of delivering passengers, supplies and mail. Checks the condition of the vehicle operated and reports the need for service. Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license. 

Vehicle Operator 4  9.50-14.50     
Under general supervision, operates buses and medium size trucks for the purpose of delivering passengers and supplies. Checks the condition of the vehicle operated and reports the need for service. Must possess a valid Washington State driver's license with an intermediate endorsement. 

Web Developer 2  8.85-10.60     
Under close supervision, performs semi-routine web maintenance duties including the modification of text, graphics, and web links. Required background includes knowledge of applications for web page editing. Preferred characteristics include experience with HTML, graphic design, and good editing skills. 

Web Developer 3  9.15-11.90     
Under general supervision, performs moderately complex web maintenance and development duties of average difficulty. Required background includes knwledge of applications for web page editing, template development and website management. Preferred characteristics include experience with HTML, dynamic web languages, graphical design, and the design and development of media such as video and animation for web distribution. 

Web Developer 4  9.50-14.50     
Under limited supervision, performs complex web maintenance and development tasks. May assist in analyzing user needs and defining system requirements. Required background includes knowledge of applications for web page editing and scripting, template development and web site management. Preferred characteristics include experience with graphical design, database design and the design and development of media such as video and animation for web distribution. 

Web Developer 5  9.80-19.65     
Under direction, performs complex web maintenance and development tasks often involving dynamic content. Performs nees analysis and defines system requirements. Consults with users and administrators. May supervise lower-level student web developers. Required background includes a thorough knowledge of HTML and dynamic languages, as well as an ability to produce high quality web sites.
