Job Title and Description:
Computer Lab Assistant
Three assistants are needed for the Language Media Center (HH 114). Assistants are expected to be competent in the use of both PCs and iMacs, Windows and OS-X, and Office 2007 software. They will instruct and aid students in the use of this equipment and software, as well as specialized software used for particular class needs. In addition, assistants will often be called upon to trouble-shoot for faculty using equipment at the instructors' podium.
Assistants are responsible to maintain the Center's film and audio collection, and serve students requesting these materials for use in the Center.
